This Terms of Service explains the terms and conditions under which DECIDE Pty Ltd (trading as HEMP PET, "we," "us," or "our") provides access to and use of our wholesale portal at hemppet.au (the "Portal"). The Portal is a business-to-business (B2B) platform operating exclusively in Australia, serving veterinary professionals, clinics, wholesalers, and retailers in the pet health and nutrition sector. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.
These Terms apply to all users of the Portal, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you are accessing the Portal on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Portal. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Portal. We reserve the right to update these Terms by posting changes on the Portal. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
The Portal is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer our wholesale products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a business entity (e.g., veterinary clinic, wholesaler, or retailer) and that your use complies with all applicable Australian laws, including but not limited to copyright, therapeutic goods, and consumer protection laws.
You may not use our products or the Portal for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in Australia.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.
A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over networks or adaptations to technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Portal or its services without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per account or order, including those using the same details. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you using the provided contact information.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be from unauthorized resellers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including business details (e.g., ABN). You must promptly update your information to enable transactions and communications.
